Our Background
We are a group of Microsoft Dynamics AX consultants, the first team who introduced Microsoft Dynamics AX to Thailand market in 2000. Our consultants have been in the industry for more than ten years with expertise in Business Process Improvement, Change Management, Project Management, Accounting Principle, and ERP Implementation. Our consultants are the offsprings of multi-national auditing firm. We adapted our past knowledge with large size business to fit small to medium business (SME), which we identify as the key and fastest growing part of Thailands future economy. The methodology has been tailor-made to suit the business practice especially in Thailand. That is to achieve lowest Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), highest Return on Investment (ROI), and highest customer satisfaction.

Our target customers are small to medium company in trading, service, and manufacturing industry. The current and previous customers comprise of family-owned businesses, listed companies with annual revenues of more than 10billion baht, and the public sector. We have the privilege to facilitate clients from many industries including consumer manufacturing, utitilities, service industry, education institution, and high tech manufacturing/trading production.

Our Methodology
We created a milestone base methodology to provide a consistent and orderly approach for developing and implementing automated systems that meet the customers needs. Each activity is built based on Input-Process-Output schema. Each phase would proceed based on the inputs from previous one and feed the output to the next level. These outputs must be a tangible deliverables so that we can monitor and control.
