We created a milestone base methodology to provide a consistent and orderly approach for developing and implementing automated systems that meet the customers needs. Each activity is built based on Input-Process-Output schema. Each phase would proceed based on the inputs from previous one and feed the output to the next level. These outputs must be a tangible deliverables so that we can monitor and control.
