What is Fixed Assets Counting ?

Fixed Assets Counting (FAC)

Innoviz Solutions developed FAC using Microsoft Power Apps*. Our product run on Mobile phone with any OS. You can use FAC to track your individual fixed assets at any location. We currently have this product integrated seamlessly with MSD365 Finance & Operations. We can also plug in the fixed assets data from and to any other applications.

FAC will help users to track the fixed assets much faster and more accurately.

Ability to upload data from MDS365 F&O fixed assets module or other applications.

Ability to log in to use with any Mobile phone.

Ability to scan the barcode using the camera feature.

Ability to check where the fixed assets is supposed to be.

Ability to download the result back into MSD365 F&O fixed assets module or other applications.

Confidentiality and Data Protection

The parties of the contract mutually agree to treat all information and documentation as well as materials (in particular software and stored data) with no expiration as confidential or secret, as long and to the extent that it is not proven public knowledge. Such confidential information, which is characterized by a contractor as confidential or secret, must also be treated as a business or trade secret. Also, the contractual parties guarantee that all their employees, representatives, or agents that they engage to fulfill this contract shall treat such information as confidential.

Excluded by this regulation is the legitimate request for information by official agencies, such as supervisory authorities, law enforcement agencies or courts.

In accordance with this contract, Innoviz Solutions will process relevant personal data in strict accordance with the German federal data protection act.

The regulations in this paragraph shall remain valid even after the expiration of this contract.
