What is Innoviz Shift Management ?

Shift management system is a software used to manage various type of shifts for employees within the hospital. The shift management system will automatically arrange, and schedule employees’ shifts followed by hospital’s policies.

Including self-service for employees to check their shift schedule and colleagues within department. System was made to greatly reduce workload and time consumption.

Workflow

Regulation
- Control the number of days off of employees
- Control the number of working hours per month that employees have to do.
- Control and acknowledge the rate of manpower used each month. (From the total control, this may reduce the overtime working rate.)
Logical calculation
- It is the allocation and distribution of personnel in each working position of that department to minimize inequality. It is based on the assessment of the patient’s nursing needs as criteria which is under various conditions set by the hospital
- The system will take into account the weight of the working position in each department in the shift arrangement because one working position of the department can use the same group of people to work in that position This is where the Priority is set in the shift arrangement.
- There is a screen to manage nursing manpower planning by each department to meet hospital target
